1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GokovaWind("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

Pixmech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App's content
• Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pixmech and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

Any data or content you create within the App remains yours. Pixmech does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pixmech does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixmech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Additional Information

GokovaWind offers weekly, monthly, and annual premium subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Users who purchased the App before the introduction of subscriptions (versions 1.0–4.2, purchased before February 6, 2026) are granted lifetime premium access. Weather data is provided 'AS IS' for informational purposes only — do NOT rely solely on this App for safety-critical decisions. Always use multiple weather sources and appropriate safety equipment for water sports. The free version is ad-supported; premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

9. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
