1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Pixmech ("I", "me", "my") handles information in connection with the justScoreLiveapp ("the App"). I take your privacy seriously and am committed to protecting your personal data.
2. Data Collection
justScoreLive does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App is designed to work entirely on your device. I do not operate any servers that receive data from the App, and I have no access to any information you enter or generate within the App.
3. Analytics & Tracking
The App does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. No usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral information is collected or shared with third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data you create within the App is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all associated data will be permanently removed from your device.
5. Your Privacy Rights
You have control over your information. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings, limit analytics tracking through iOS Privacy settings, and delete all app data by removing the App from your device.
If you are in the European Union, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and the right to object to processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of data sale (note: I do not sell data).
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact me and I will promptly delete it.
7. Additional Information
justScoreLive does not collect personal information, does not create user accounts, and does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. Match data (team names, scores, sport type, dates, results) and app preferences are stored locally on your device only. The App uses WatchConnectivity to sync scores between iPhone and Apple Watch, and MultipeerConnectivity to send live scores to iPad spectator display — both are peer-to-peer connections with no internet involved. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. Pro subscribers can generate and share match result images via the system share sheet — you control where the image is sent. You can delete individual matches in the Match History view or delete all data by uninstalling the App. Your data is protected by iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS built-in security measures including device encryption.
8. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
